Meridian Building, Kerikeri
On 29 September 2021 Tupu Tonu purchased the Meridian Building in Kerikeri. This is a fully tenanted, modern commercial building, in the heart of Kerikeri.

Community Housing, Te Kamo
On 16 January 2023 Tupu Tonu purchased a 50% stake in a community housing development located in Te Kamo, Whangārei. This development of 18 single bedroom units is leased to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Orchard Road, Waipapa
On 11 November 2022 Tupu Tonu purchased a kiwifruit orchard in Waipapa. The orchard consists of 3.2 canopy hectares of gold (G3) kiwifruit. The first commercial crop is set for the 23/24 season. The orchard includes an additional 1.57 canopy hectares of rootstock and supporting infrastructure.

Carbon Forest, Houto
On 26 August 2022 Tupu Tonu purchased a carbon forest in Houto. The forest consists of approximately 300ha of total land and 250ha of productive hectares.

Kapiro Road, Waipapa
On 22 December 2021 Tupu Tonu purchased a kiwifruit orchard in Waipapa. The orchard consists of 3.8 canopy hectares of gold (G3) kiwifruit in production, with approximately 1.0 canopy hectare available for development.

Zespri Shares
Tupu Tonu has purchased its full entitlement of shares in Zespri. The right to purchase Zespri shares has occurred due to its direct ownership in our kiwifruit orchards located in Maungatapere and Waipapa.

Whatitiri Gold Orchard, Maungatapere
On 17 November 2021 Tupu Tonu purchased an established kiwifruit orchard in Maungatapere. The orchard consists of 4.1 canopy hectares in production (2.9 canopy hectares gold (G3) and 1.2 canopy hectares of green kiwifruit).

Maritime Building, Paihia
On 20 July 2023, Tupu Tonu acquired the Maritime Building located on the Paihia wharf. The building is centrally located and is a well-loved destination for both locals and tourists.

Community Housing, Kaikohe
On 25 June 2024 Tupu Tonu acquired a 50 per cent interest in a community housing development in Kaikohe. The development is comprised of 36 single bedroom units, with an agreement to lease to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Opononi Building Complex
On 22 May 2024 Tupu Tonu acquired a building complex in Opononi, located on the shores of the Hokianga Harbour. Within the complex is the local Four-Square, a Cafe, i-Site, Public Toilet and an electric vehicle charging station.

Solar Farm Development
Tupu Tonu has invested in a new solar farm development in Maungaturoto, Northland. Construction began in August 2024 and is due to be completed in June 2025. The site is adjacent to the Maungaturoto substation, where it will be connected to the national grid.
